Job Description We are looking for a team member who can acts as an offshore development Project Manager and Lead. This person will have vast experience in Microsoft technologies (additional experience with other technologies to add "breadth" to experience is desired) and come from a hand on technical background. This person needs to be a leader. They must be able to inspire a team on a daily basis and balance aggressive delivery timelines with team morale a spirit.

Desired Profile The role of the Project Manager will require the person to be responsible for creation and management of the project schedules and costs. The Project Manager will report status to the onsite development director. The candidates should possess a technical background, focusing on high volume banking/financial applications Primary duties include establishing the scope of the solution; create the development plan, track status according to the plan, assist in developing the Functional Specifications and Test Assets. This person will need to be well organized and be able to work in a challenging environment, and be able to manage accordingly. Additionally, will need to ensure successful completion of the project, within time and budget allocations. Should be open to overseas travel for short durations.

Required Skills:
1. Minimum of 5 years project management and/or technical .NET leadership of web based projects (specifically .NET).
2. Must have experience from start to finish using SDLC methodologies
3. Ability to lead a group of 5 - 30 developers in a fast paced high pressure environment
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Proficient in MS Project
Project Management Certification a Plus
Familiar with Use Case Development and writing functional specifications
6. Extensive knowledge of ISO and CMM Processes a big plus
