Wondersoft Computers has developed a Quality Management System product and includes forms/templates/procedures/processes/ checklists. Our research team has referenced the ISO/CMM methodologies in process - tool Development. Wondersoft Computers has a process monitoring board, which monitors processes in every area (internal as well as customers) and generates performance metrics. Our research team is continuously working on optimising our tools eg. time, defect management.
